1. Production Line Upgrade

New Heavy Steel Automatic Welding Line and BIM Digital Design Center Officially Launched

Our new heavy steel automatic welding production line is now fully operational, featuring robotic submerged arc welding stations for built up columns, crane girders and box sections up to heavy gauge Q460 plates. In parallel, our BIM digital design center has been established to run full 3D modeling, shop drawing coordination and clash detection across structural, connection and MEP systems. The upgrade lifts our fabrication output consistency and shortens the design to delivery cycle for large span and heavy crane projects.

2. Qualification Certification

EN1090 CE, AISC, CWB and ISO3834 International Certifications Obtained

We are proud to announce the successful acquisition of four international certification scopes covering our heavy steel fabrication and welding management system: EN1090 CE marking for structural steel products, AISC certification for steel building fabrication, CWB certification for welding procedures and welder qualification, and ISO3834 quality requirements for fusion welding. These certifications strengthen our compliance position across European, North American and global energy and construction markets.

3. Overseas Major Order

Tens of Thousands of Square Meters Heavy Steel Plant and Hangar Project Signed

We have signed a major overseas contract for a heavy steel industrial plant and aircraft hangar project covering tens of thousands of square meters of building area. The project adopts Q460 high strength heavy steel with large clear span frames and is designed under international standards. Delivery will be phased with full shop drawing, fabrication, anti corrosion treatment and overseas installation guidance support. This order reinforces our long standing position in export oriented heavy steel building supply.

Inside Our Factory Series: Heavy Steel Workshop and Testing Center Walkthrough

Our "Inside Our Factory" series takes clients inside our heavy steel fabrication workshop and testing center. The tour covers CNC plasma cutting, robotic welding stations, shot blasting and automatic painting lines, dimensional inspection and weld quality control points. New and existing clients can schedule a live guided tour to see how your project will be fabricated before shipment.

6. Overseas Production and Delivery

Overseas Project Production, Container Loading and Sea Shipment on Site

We share a production and delivery highlight from our current overseas order: fabricated steel members passed final dimension and coating inspection, were carefully packed and containerized, and loaded onto the vessel for sea shipment to the project site. Every delivery is documented with inspection records, packing lists and loading photos so our overseas clients receive a complete and traceable shipment.

7. Client Visit and Factory Audit

We recently hosted an overseas client delegation for a full factory audit covering our production lines, quality control system and warehouse capacity, alongside a third party audit under our certification scopes. Both the client visit and the independent audit confirmed our fabrication capacity, document control and welding quality management. We remain open to scheduled audits as part of our customer quality assurance process.
